Conditions of Use

We deliver orders only by mail.

Payments can advance through your bank.

We do not accept cash by post.

There is no discount for mass purchasing.

All orders are shipped by TNT Post in an envelope, unless otherwise stated.

Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment within 5 working days.

In return, the postage cost to the customer and not Tancart.

The shipment is free within the Netherlands. For other countries, the usual TNT postal rates calculated.

During exhibition dates, orders can be on hold, when the payment has not been received, because of absence during these days. (see demonstration/exhibitiondates)
